Yesterday we were extremely excited and honored to attend the opening reception for the "What's Up, Doc? The Animation Art of Chuck Jones" at the Museum of the Moving Image. The exhibition truly celebrates the legacy of Chuck Jones' brilliance and creativity!

SVA MFA Computer Art is thrilled to participate in this exhibition with the invitation from the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Services (SITES). Our student projects were selected to be included in a short film, "Chuck Jones in the 21 1/4 Century", that explores how Chuck Jones' styles and techniques influence new generations of artists and filmmakers in this age of computer animation.

If you are in the area, you MUST check out this incredible exhibition! If not, don't worry. The exhibition will be traveling to different cities through 2019. For more information about the future dates, you can find out from SITES.

Here is the article about the exhibition in New York Times!
